I committed to a niche and a url!

This was the trickiest thing for me to do.  I wanted to research the heck out of the URL, but I knew that my pages and posts would more likely be ranking for different categories and keywords.  The other thing is that I wanted to do something that I was interested in and something that would make money.  I picked the uber popular fitness category.  My reasoning is that I am already interested in fitness at home, I have a ton of things that I have already purchased from Amazon that I could review on a video from home.  Fitness is fun and it intrigues me!

I realized today while I skipped the exercise of writing down twenty things to make a niche page about, I could easily write down twenty products to review.

I actually bought the URL today, set up wordpress and made some headway setting up EasyAzon plug in.  Unfortunately, I got an error message.  I quickly emailed support at EasyAzon and gave them my credentials and details in hopes that they would fix it or give me some information about how to fix it.

My other goal for today is to get a blog post created and make a plan of action for my blog.  My goal for this blog is to be profitable in 90 days or less!  I was able to do some free research this morning on SEMrush.  Right now, I don't think it is worth it for me to pay $99 per month for a research tool.  I think it is better to work on getting my content up there, backlinks and start ranking for some keywords.

While my wordpress site doesn't look professional right now, I think it should start looking professional in 90 days.  I'm excited about the transformation.  I'm looking forward to creating some videos and content and making sales from my site.  👌😀

Today is very chilly outside, so it won't be difficult to want to stay inside and work on my new blog project.  I'm hoping that I can find ways to spice it up and create more interest in my writing and videos.  I know that content is king, so I will find ways to create useful content that include SEO keywords.

I did it!  I created my first review post of the Confidence Treadmill.  Unfortunately, the confidence treadmill is the cheapest treadmill.  However, I do have experience using it.  I can make a recommendation for it.  I also can take some pictures of it and upload them tomorrow, but I did a content piece today and that was one of my goals.  I actually hate the theme of the website, but I'll play around with that a bit more this week.  I feel great about it!
