My first post for my website is horrible!

Right now, if you scoot on over to http://www.getfitandhealthyathome.com/cheapest-treadmill-desk-workstation/ you will see my first post for my niche website and it is awful!  (I am planning on jazzing it up this week, so if you are viewing this post after March 2017, it may not look so horrible!)  I am pointing this out only because I did something that many people (even myself at times) do not do and that is get started and put something out there that isn't perfect.

Here are some of my wins from yesterday:
I installed wordpress on my blog
I installed the wordpress plug-in for EasyAzon to make creating product review pages easier
I created my first post with keywords (treadmill desk workstation)
I monetized my site using Amazon
I also went to the library and picked up a book on information marketing and affiliate marketing
I did some research on treadmill desks to get an idea of keywords that I can rank for and drive traffic to

Needs improvement:
The look of my blog needs improvement
I need to improve my writing for product reviews.  I only had 478 words and the book that I read suggested review pages that had 5000 words.  This should get easier as I view some other examples of product review pages.
Backlinking!  I'm not backlinking yet and need a strategy for that.  That should raise my SEO rank and help buyers find my website.

This morning, I already filmed a video that I can use for my post cheapest treadmill desk workstation.  So, what is on the agenda for today is getting that sucker off my phone and onto my computer and then editing it to make it look presentable for youtube.  The other thing on the agenda for today will be to create another post for my blog around treadmill desks.

I've been pretty diligent working on my mindset lately.  Last night, I listened to the audio Accelerated Sales Success.  I'm currently playing it in the background as I write this.  According to the testimonials on the website, it takes a few weeks before you start seeing results.  Today is day four of this blog.  I've made some great progress with getting my product review site up and running, but I still have a long way to go.  Niche websites tend to start generating traffic and sales after ninety days!  Yikes!  A lot can happen in 90 days.
